Receptionist position – 08.04.2024
Bega Vets are looking for a full-time, or permanent part-time receptionist to join our fun and fast-paced veterinary practice. You will be working in a mixed team of veterinary professionals who provide great care to both clients and their pets.
This position can be full or part-time, working up to a 4-day week and rotating Saturday morning shifts, with our team of dedicated receptionists. Our opening hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12pm on Saturdays.
The work includes, but is not limited to:
- Greeting clients on arrival at the practice
- Making bookings in person and over the phone
- Maintaining client records
- Taking payments for products and services
- Responding to clients queries in person, by phone, and email
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy
We are looking for an enthusiastic person, who contributes to a friendly and professional working environment, and has a genuine love for animals and their owners. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask while working in a team or individually is a must.
